PRT-Staffing is proud to partner with a leading manufacturer in Victor, NY, to find a skilled Electro-Mechanical Assembler for a DIRECT HIRE opportunity.

What You'll Do:

• Read and interpret complex wiring diagrams, blueprints, and schematics to build high-reliability components.

• Perform intricate assembly of wire harnesses, cable assemblies, and other electro-mechanical systems.

• Execute precision soldering, crimping, stripping, and labeling of wires and cables.

• Use hand tools, power tools, and measuring instruments to ensure all work meets strict quality standards.

• Test and inspect finished assemblies for proper function and quality assurance.

• Collaborate with engineering and production teams to meet daily goals and maintain a clean, safe work environment.

What We're Looking For:

• Proven experience in electro-mechanical assembly, with a strong preference for wire harness or cable assembly experience.

• The ability to read, interpret, and build from detailed blueprints and wiring diagrams is required.

• Hands-on soldering and crimping skills.

• A meticulous eye for detail and a commitment to producing high-quality work.

• High school diploma or equivalent; formal technical training is a plus.
