Overview:
The Electro‐Mechanical Assembler is responsible for assembling, testing, and troubleshooting mechanical and electrical components used in company products. This role requires strong attention to detail, ability to read technical drawings, and comfort working with hand tools and electrical test equipment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assemble electro‐mechanical components, sub‐assemblies, and final products following work instructions, schematics, and blueprints
- Perform wiring, soldering, crimping, and mechanical fastening
- Conduct basic electrical and functional tests to verify product performance
- Inspect parts for quality and report defects or inconsistencies
- Maintain accurate production and test records
- Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized work area
- Collaborate with technicians, engineering, and quality teams to resolve assembly issues
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Experience in mechanical or electrical assembly
- Ability to read and interpret diagrams, schematics, and work instructions
- Comfortable using hand tools, power tools, and measurement devices
- Strong attention to detail and quality
- Ability to lift up to 25–40 lbs as needed
Work Environment:
- Light manufacturing/production environment
- Standing, bending, and manual dexterity required
- Protective equipment provided as needed
