Electro-Mechanical Assembler \n\nLocation: Swindon \nHours: Monday to Friday\n\nWe are seeking a skilled and motivated Electro-Mechanical Assembler to join the Box Build team. This role involves assembling cabinets and electro-mechanical units to customer specifications and drawings while maintaining excellent quality standards and efficient production output.\n\nThe successful candidate will work as part of a collaborative manufacturing team, supporting the delivery of high-quality products in line with company objectives and customer requirements.\n\nKey Responsibilities as an Electro-Mechanical Assembler\n\nAssemble cabinets and electro-mechanical units to customer drawings and build standards\nRead and interpret technical drawings, wiring diagrams, and build instructions\nCarry out mechanical assembly work accurately and efficiently\nPerform soldering and crimping tasks where required\nMaintain a consistently high level of workmanship and quality\nWork to production schedules and delivery deadlines\nEnsure compliance with ISO 9001 standards and company procedures\nUse measuring tools accurately to verify assembly quality\nContribute to continuous improvement initiatives and process enhancements\nMaintain a safe, clean, and organised working environment\nWork effectively both independently and as part of a team\nAdhere to all health, safety, and environmental policies and procedures \n\nSkills & Experience Required for Electro-Mechanical Assembler \n\nAbility to read and understand customer drawings and build instructions\nExperience in cabinet or box build assembly\nGood attention to detail and commitment to quality\nAbility to use measuring tools with a high level of accuracy\nStrong teamwork and communication skills\nFlexible approach and willingness to learn new tasks\nAbility to work independently and within a team environment \n\nApply now or Contact Mia Gandolfo at ProTech Recruitment in Hemel Hempstead
