We are seeking skilled Electro/Mechanical Assemblers to support the production of high-quality, precision-driven products in a collaborative and fast-paced environment. -Perform electro-mechanical and mechanical assembly, including wiring, soldering, cable harnessing, and interpreting schematics/blueprints
-Execute production, rework, and quality testing while meeting safety, quality, and efficiency standards
-Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support production goals, troubleshooting, and process improvements
-Follow established procedures, maintain documentation and systems (e.g., inventory/work orders), and work independently on routine to moderately complex tasks

Requirements:

-2+ years of experience in electronic or electro-mechanical assembly in a manufacturing environment
-Ability to read and interpret schematics, blueprints, and work instructions
-Proficiency with hand tools, soldering equipment, and basic electrical/mechanical test equipment
-Strong attention to detail with the ability to work independently, follow procedures, and meet quality and production standards
