Job description:

Shift: Monday–Friday
Overtime: Available

We are currently seeking an experienced Electro-Mechanical Assembler to join our team immediately. This role involves assembling small, detailed components, often while working under a microscope, and requires a high level of precision and attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities

• Assemble small electro-mechanical components with accuracy and efficiency
• Position and align parts using jigs, fixtures, or other holding devices
• Build precision mechanical and/or electronic assemblies to high quality standards
• Use crimpers, small hand tools, and soldering equipment as required
• Perform electro-mechanical assembly tasks while viewing work under a microscope
• Maintain a clean and organized work area; complete housekeeping duties after tasks
• Perform additional duties and projects as assigned

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience assembling electro-mechanical assemblies
• High School Diploma or GED required
• J-STD-001 Certification 
• Knowledge of IPC soldering and crimping standards is a plus
• Must have prior assembly experience (required)
