Job DescriptionThe Electro-mechanical Assembler/Repair position consists of reading and interpreting work instruction and drawings, maintaining safety and quality standards. The job requires proficiency in hand tools, conducting tests, and troubleshooting. Additionally, set-up and calibration of moisture and toxic gas analyzers.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Reading and following work instructions
- Disassembling/reassembling
- Testing
- Cleaning/Repairing
- Calibrating instrumentation
- Troubleshooting electronic problems to board level
- Solder components to circuit boards efficiently
- Setting up new instruments with firmware
- Assembly and calibration of gold film sensors
REQUIRED EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
- Associates degree or equivalent in Electrical & Electronics Engineering Technology (or a related technical field)
- 1-3 years of experience
- Proven experience in an electronics repair and manufacturing environment
- Strong knowledge of safety protocols and procedures
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to navigate ERP systems
- Attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- MS office experience
Compensation
Employee Type: Hourly
Salary Minimum: $40,000
Salary Maximum: $50,000
