Position Overview

We are hiring an experienced Electro-Mechanical Assembler for a manufacturing facility in Bohemia, NY. This role involves assembling, wiring, testing, and troubleshooting electro-mechanical systems and components while ensuring quality and production standards are met.

Key Responsibilities

• Assemble electro-mechanical components, subassemblies, and systems
• Interpret blueprints, wiring diagrams, schematics, and technical instructions
• Perform wiring, soldering, crimping, and cable assembly tasks
• Conduct functional testing and troubleshoot assembly issues
• Inspect completed assemblies to ensure compliance with quality standards
• Maintain accurate production documentation and reports
• Keep work areas organized and follow all safety procedures
• Collaborate with production and engineering teams as needed

Qualifications

• Previous electro-mechanical assembly experience
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and schematics
• Experience with wiring, soldering, and hand tools
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in a manufacturing environment
• Strong attention to detail and ability to meet production deadlines
