Job Summary

Position reports to electrician.

Areas of responsibility include assist electrician on assembly of Distributors and general electrical testing and maintenance.

Job Duties

• Follow electrician instructions
• Assembly of distributors
• Test electrical components on equipment
• Maintain and repair plant electrical fixtures.
• Keep work area clean.
• Other activities as directed by supervisor.

Qualifications

• Have basic knowledge of AC/Dc electrical systems.
• Ability to receive and understand oral and written instructions in English.
• Understanding of, and willingness to follow, the company's procedures and policies concerning human resources, and safety, quality and environmental compliance.
• Ability to operate forklifts and Karry Kranes following all safety procedures.

• Perform work activities in a manner that yields the best efficiencies.
• Perform all work activities with best effort to meet target dates established with minimal mistakes.
• Identify and recommend new procedures, new tooling/fixtures, and mew technology in an effort to improve efficiency and/or quality.

• To continue to develop skills and knowledge increasing employees value to company.
