Position Overview

We are seeking skilled Electricians with 4-5 years of experience for a direct hire position in DFW area. Candidates must be proficient in core electrical installation tasks including conduit, terminations, and job site safety. Will be working 40-60hrs a week.

Pay $21.54/hr- $23.58/hr

Responsibilities

• Install, bend, and run EMT, rigid, and PVC conduit
• Perform wire pulls, terminations, and panel work
• Read and interpret blueprints and electrical drawings
• Install lighting systems, cable tray, and electrical components
• Maintain compliance with NEC code and job site safety standards
• Work efficiently with a crew to meet production deadlines

CW4 Requirements

• 2–4 years of electrical experience (commercial )
• Ability to run conduit with minimal supervision
• Basic understanding of prints and layout

CW5 Requirements

• 4+ years of electrical experience
• Strong ability to work independently
• Proficient in terminations, gear work, and troubleshooting
• Ability to lead small crews or work without supervision
• Solid blueprint reading and layout skills
• OSHA 10 or OSHA 30
• Reliable transportation
• Ability to pass background check, E-Verify, and drug screening
• Must have own basic hand tools
