Electrician - Reading\nAre you an Electrician with your Level 3 NVQ and 18th edition, but are looking for a company that can help you get all the strings to your bow? If yes, then this role may be the one!\n \nMy client with over 250 staff in the South are going to get new starters their AM2, and their 2391 qualifications! (They contractually need their Electricians to have this, so it will get done straight away when starting)\n \nThey are a domestic heating and renewables business, so the role will involve lots of testing and inspection work to begin with, and then could develop into a more multi lane role getting to work on heat pumps, solar, and MVHR units!\n \nWe are looking to interview ASAP, and can start people very soon, so please apply now to avoid disappointment. \n \nPackage details:\n \nStarting salaries between £35K and £42K depending on experience or qualifications both \nClear progression plans available (Due to consistent company growth, Supervisor roles do arise and are always shared internally first to promote progression!) \nCompany van and fuel card all provided \nPlenty of overtime available in the week and at weekends (As an example, a case study of an Electrician has been shared- He does 1 Saturday a month which equates to an additional £2.5K/year!) \n25 days holiday allowance + bank holidays \nPension & life insurance package \nGenuinely supportive Contracts Managers & Supervisors \nStrong pipeline of work and long-term security \nDay to day of the new Electrician:\n \nCovering an hours radius of your local patch.
