Talent Corps is hiring Electrical Mechanics (E2 level) for immediate openings on a construction site in Alachua, Florida. We’re looking for dependable, skilled individuals with experience in rack building, underground electrical work, and layout knowledge. This is a great opportunity for long-term work with a solid company.

Responsibilities:

• Build and install electrical racks and supports

• Perform underground conduit installation and wire pulls

• Read and follow layout plans, blueprints, and schematics

• Set boxes, run conduit, install panels, and wiring systems

• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized worksite

• Work efficiently and as part of a team on a busy construction site

Requirements:

• Experience with commercial or industrial electrical installations

• Ability to interpret and work from layout drawings

• Strong knowledge of underground electrical procedures

• Familiarity with hand and power tools

• Must have basic PPE and your own tools

• Reliable transportation and good work ethic
