Job Title: Electrician\nJob Type: Permanent\nJob Category: Property Services\nLocation: Hertfordshire\nSalary: £45,480.00 per annum\n\nWe have an exciting new opportunity for a Electrician to join the responsive repairs team at an award-winning housing association. You will be responsible for completing repairs in customer's homes.\n\nResponsibilities:\n\nInstall, maintain and repair electrical systems in occupied social housing properties including lighting, power circuits, consumer units and electrical appliances ensuring compliance with the latest regulatory standards\nConduct electrical installation condition reports (EICRs) to assess the safety and condition of electrical installations in residential properties.\nCarry out PAT testing on electrical appliances and equipment to ensure safety and provide necessary certifications \nDiagnose, troubleshoot and resolve electrical faults efficiently minimising disruption to tenants, maintaining high service standards\nInstall and upgrade electrical systems, including consumer units, lighting circuits and smoke alarms, ensuring safety and compliance with housing standards \nPerform routine electrical maintenance across properties, including scheduled inspections and emergency repairs, ensuring all systems are functioning correctly and meet health and safety requirements Requirements:\n\nFull UK Driving Licence (minimum of 12 months)\nLevel 3 Electrical Installation \n2391 testing and Inspection \n18th edition Benefits:\n\nA company work van and fuel card (business use only)\n4-day compressed working week (upon request)\n25 days per year increasing by one day per completed holiday year to 30 days maximum\n£900 each year in April to spend on flexible benefits\nComplimentary massage once a month\nPerformance bonus (up to 4.5% of salary)\nAnnual Christmas bonusIf you are interested in this position, we encourage you to apply or reach out to Victoria for more details.\n\nLON123
