Overview

Tradesmen International is immediately hiring experienced Journeyman Electricians for projects located in and around Minden, LA. This is a first-shift opportunity with a pay range of up to $32/hour based on experience plus $100/Per Diem to Travelers 60+ miles from the job site. If you are an Electrician and want to work alongside other proven craftsmen who emphasize safety, productivity, and superior craftsmanship, this is your chance to advance your career!Job Scope:

• Install complex conduit configurations
• Pull wire and perform terminations
• Hand bend conduit and make precise EMT piping bends with minimal waste or joints
• Install conduit stub-ups for customer-supplied equipment
• Install standard and complex conduit and electrical components into buildings
• Install UPS systems, DLO cables, and fire alarm panels
• Set and wire switchgear

Requirements:

• • Minimum of 5 years of Journeyman-level electrical experience
  • Able to read and interpret blueprints, electrical plans, and diagrams
  • Knowledge of NEC codes, codes, and American wire standards
  • Must be able to speak, read, and write in English
  • Must have basic hand tools and PPE
