Boss Energy is a growing company that is currently building:

• Electric Vehicle Chargers for commercial properties
• Electric Vehicle Chargers for residential properties
• Residential Solar Projects
• Battery Installations for Residential and Commercial Properties
• Tesla Solar Roofs
• Servicing of Existing Solar Projects

Ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 year experience. Prefer 3-5 years of experience. This person may have one of the following as well:

• 2yrs or more of commercial electrical experience
• 3yrs of residential electrical experience
• 1yr of solar electrical experience
• any time spent with commercial EV charger installations

It is preferred that the person is able to do the following:

• Solar electrical install is preferred
• Bend EMT conduit
• Set up a ladder individually and use this ladder safely
• Mount electrical conduit and gear in a cleanly manner
• Comfortable getting on a roof or similar when needed (not regular)
• light duty equipment experience is a plus

Our team members currently rotate in the type of job they will complete so it is important that a person is comfortable working in different settings and at any of the type of projects listed above.

Pay range varies based on experience. Harder the individual works, the more volume of work they get and the more they can make!
