We are seeking a reliable, skilled, and safety-conscious Electrician/Handyman to join our team. This role requires a versatile professional capable of troubleshooting and resolving a wide variety of maintenance, electrical, and repair issues.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform electrical work on 1-3 Phase Panels and electrical systems.

• Troubleshoot and repair interior and exterior lighting systems.

• Conduct minor plumbing repairs, including faucets, leaks, and drains.

• Perform basic drywall work, including patching and remodeling.

• Execute interior and exterior painting projects as needed.

• Handle basic carpentry tasks, including minor structural repairs and installations.

• Understand and work safely with AC/DC electrical systems.

• Respond to a wide range of maintenance and repair scenarios with a problem-solving mindset.

• Adhere to and promote common sense safety practices and company safety policies.

• Be available for on-call work, including weekends or evenings, as needed.

• Utilize basic computer skills to communicate via email, maintain records, and use Office applications.

• Be prepared to apply with the company for permanent or long-term employment.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in electrical work, handyman services, and multi-trade troubleshooting.

• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.

• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.

• Ability to pass background and drug screen.
