Job Description

OHUK are looking for an Electrician to work on a permanent basis for an Electrical Sub contractor who work within the commercial fit out sector.\n\nThe sites you will be working on are based throughout central London:\n\nDuties / Requirements:\n\n * Carry out the installation, servicing, and repair of electrical systems in accordance with project requirements and recognised industry standards.\n\n * Install and terminate containment systems such as tray, basket, conduit, and trunking to a professional standard.\n\n * Set up, commission, and maintain DALI lighting control systems.\n\n * Install and connect mains distribution equipment, including LV switchgear, distribution boards, and submain cabling.\n\n * Interpret and work from technical drawings, schematics, and written instructions.\n\n * Undertake testing, inspection, and certification in line with the latest IET Wiring Regulations (BS 7671).\n\n * Deliver all work safely, efficiently, and to a consistently high quality.\n\n * Communicate and coordinate with site supervisors, project managers, and other trades on-site.\n\n * Keep tools, equipment, and PPE properly maintained and in good working order.\n\n * Adhere to company health and safety policies and procedures at all times.\n\nEssential:\n\n * JIB gold card\n\n * 18th edition\n\n * Testing knowledge / qualifications beneficial\n\n * Previous experience working on CAT A / B office fit out projects\n\nIf you meet the above criteria and interested in this position, please apply below and one of the team will be in contact
