Job DescriptionAstute's Power Team is partnering with a growing ICP within the EV infrastructure industry to recruit an Electrician covering London and the surrounding areas.The Electrician role comes with a salary of up to £45,000 basic doe, bonus, pension and other benefits.If you're an Electrician and are looking to work for an organisation that plays a leading role in delivering the next of EV infrastructure, then submit your CV to apply today.Responsibilities and duties of the Electrician roleReporting to the Operations Manager you will:Install EV charging stations in domestic, commercial, and industrial environments.Follow work instructions, electrical designs, cable calculations, and manufacturer installation guides to ensure compliant, high quality installations.Liaise with the EV Qualified Supervisor and provide updates relating to ongoing installation work.Adhere to all health and safety protocols and ensure safe working practices at all times.Work to site specific Programmes of Work.Complete NICEIC Electrical Installation Certificates using the NICEIC online portal on a tablet device.Maintain accurate records of installations, inspections, and any remedial actions.Prepare and submit reports on work performed, including issues encountered and resolutions applied.Professional qualificationsNVQ Level 3 Electrotechnical Qualification or Approved Apprenticeship1-3 Years of Commercial/Industrial ExperienceC&G BS7671: 18th Edition Wiring Regulations?Full UK Driving LicenseJIB/CSCS Gold CardPersonal skillsThe Electrical Supervisor role would suit someone who has:Experience working on commercial or industrial electrical installationsStrong problem-solving and decision-making skillsExcellent communication and interpersonal abilitiesSalary and benefits of the Electrician role£38,000 - £45,000 DOE basicDiscretionary BonusPensionBUPA Private Health Care PlanElectric Car Salary Sacrifice SchemeContinuing Learning and Development Opportunities#LI-TS1INDPOWAstute People are acting as an employment agency in relation to this vacancy.
