Electrician in Burton upon Trent, Staffordshire

We are currently recruiting for Electricians for a Central office in Burton-Upon-Trent.



This will involve regular working away from home whilst working on a wide range of projects for various clients across the UK.



Key Responsibilities:



· Fully qualified Electrician with a relevant Level 3 Electrical Qualification.



· Surveying sites where electrical systems are installed.



· Drafting electrical installation plans and technical diagrams.



· Installing, maintaining, modifying, and repairing all electrical systems in public spaces and buildings.



· Ensuring that electrical systems adhere to the electrical safety standards and regulations.



· Supervising ongoing electrical system installations and providing the technical expertise in installation teams where needed.



· Using blueprints, wiring diagrams, and manufacturer installation manuals to complete projects.



· Completing work orders and recording materials that are used on the job.



· Identifying electrical problems and repairing them.



· Advising the company’s management when to replace aged electrical equipment to prevent hazards.



· Conducting general electrical systems maintenance and troubleshooting electrical issues with testing equipment.



Qualifications and Skills:



· 17th/18th Edition



· EAL/NVQ Level 3 in Electrical discipline.



· Contracting/Client facing experience (desirable)



· CSCS card advantageous but not essential.



· Full clean driving licence
