• Will be MD/DC area 
• General Knowledge of Telecom a plus 
• Installers must possess a foundational understanding of telecommunications systems, frameworks, and best practices to ensure efficient and accurate project execution.
• Familiarity with DC Power Work
• EMT conduit installation experience 
• A basic knowledge of DC power systems, including cable management and battery configurations, is essential for Installers to support seamless telecommunications infrastructure integration.
• Familiarity with Telecom Installation and Quality Standards
• Installers should be well-versed in industry installation standards and quality assurance protocols to uphold project consistency and reliability.
• Experience with TMO-related projects is a plus but not necessary.
