Electrician (ALL Shifts Open)

Aegis has openings with a client in Chicago for electricians on multiple shifts. The ideal candidate would have the following experience:

· High School diploma or GED

· 2+ years of experience in heavy industry roles working as an electrician.

· Experience troubleshooting, maintenance, and repair of industrial equipment (AC/DC overhead cranes, AC wound rotor/DC motors, AC/DC drives, Hydraulic systems sensors and controls, large machine tool (ie. Lathe) drives, controls, and sensors.

· Experience with Allen Bradley PLC and able to program and make edits.

· Experience with up to 480 V.

· Experience bending pipe and pulling wire.

· Experience problem solving skills to get to root cause of breakdown and repair.

· Able to communicate across all levels of the organization.

· Self motivated but, also able to work in a team setting.

· Able to train on first shift!

Nice to have:

· Electrician Schooling/Apprenticeship

First Shift- 6 am- 2 pm, second shift- 2 pm-10 pm and third shift- 10 pm-6 am
