Pay: £200 per day / £25 per hour

About the Role



We're recruiting on behalf of a well-established domestic maintenance and retrofit contractor with a head office in Launceston. They're looking for an experienced and reliable Electrician to cover Devon and surrounding areas, carrying out electrical retrofit and maintenance works within domestic properties.



This is a long-term position offering stable, ongoing work, a company van, and fuel card. Ideal for an electrician who takes pride in safe, high-quality workmanship and excellent customer service.



Key Responsibilities



Carry out electrical retrofit and upgrade works in occupied and vacant domestic properties.



Test, inspect, and certify electrical installations to current regulations.



Diagnose and repair electrical faults efficiently and safely.



Liaise with tenants and clients professionally on-site.



Ensure compliance with all health & safety and BS7671 standards.



Requirements



NVQ Level 3 or equivalent qualification in Electrical Installation.



18th Edition and 2391 Testing & Inspection (or equivalent).



Experience working in domestic properties essential.



Full UK driving licence.



Good communication and time management skills.
