Electrician X2\nWe’re looking for a skilled Electrician to join our Commercial Services team. You’ll carry out a variety of electrical works — from repairs and installations to inspection, testing, and rewiring — across our housing stock. Your focus will be delivering a high-quality, safe, and customer-focused service every time.\n Key Responsibilities\nUndertake safe electrical works, including repairs, rewires, servicing, and inspection/testing.\nEnsure all work complies with BS7671 regulations, health & safety requirements, and company policies.\nFault find, diagnose, and resolve electrical issues effectively, aiming for a first-time fix.\nWork from drawings and specifications, ordering and installing the correct materials.\nDeliver full electrical works for planned projects such as kitchens, bathrooms, and property rewires.\nProvide support and guidance to apprentices and trainees.\nTake part in the out-of-hours emergency rota as required.\nMaintain company vehicles, tools, and equipment to a high standard.What We’re Looking For\nQualified Electrician with City & Guilds 2391, 2360 (Parts 1 & 2), 2351, 2330 (Levels 2 & 3), or NVQ Level 3 (or equivalent).\nPractical experience with electrical installations, inspection, testing, and commissioning.\nUp-to-date knowledge of current BS7671 wiring regulations.\nCity & Guilds 2394/2395 in inspection & testing (desirable).\nFull UK driving licence and ability to travel across various locations.\nStrong IT and customer service skills.\nWillingness to undergo a basic DBS check.Why Join Us?\nBe part of a supportive team delivering essential services.\nOngoing professional training and development opportunities.\nCompany vehicle, tools, and PPE provided.\nA role where your skills directly improve the lives of our customers.If this role isn’t quite right for you, feel free to reach out for a confidential conversation – we’d love to help you find the right opportunity
