Commercial Electrician – Birmingham\nSalary: Up to £40,000 per annum (negotiable depending on experience)\n\nRole Overview:\nWe are recruiting a skilled Commercial Electrician to join a busy team. You will perform electrical maintenance, install fire detection and alarm systems, and carry out work across commercial properties within the midlands region.\n\nKey Responsibilities:\n\n * Perform electrical installations, repairs, and upgrades across commercial properties.\n\n * Troubleshoot and resolve electrical faults efficiently.\n\n * Conduct Electrical Installation Condition Reports (EICRs) where required (experience advantageous).\n\n * Maintain accurate records of inspections, reports, and maintenance work.\n\n * Follow all health and safety procedures.\n\n * Provide excellent customer service and maintain professional client relationships.\n\nRequirements:\n\n * Qualified Electrician with relevant certifications (e.g., City & Guilds 2391-52, Level 3, 18th Edition Wiring Regulations).\n\n * Strong fault-finding and troubleshooting skills.\n\n * Reliable, self-motivated, and detail-oriented.\n\n * Full UK driving licence and willing to travel within a 70-mile radius of Birmingham.\n\n * Experience with fire detection and alarm systems is advantageous.\n\nBenefits:\n\n * Competitive salary depending on experience.\n\n * Company van for private use.\n\n * Opportunities for professional development and training.\n\n * Birthday taken as an additional paid day off.\n\n * No overnight stays required
