Electrician\n Permanent, Full Time\n\nWe are looking to recruit an Electrician to join our team, working across commercial and residential properties in a mobile role.\n\nKey Responsibilities:\nCarrying out routine and reactive maintenance across a variety of electrical equipment\n\nDiagnosing and identifying electrical faults\n\nPerforming electrical equipment repairs, installations, modifications, and replacements\n\nPAT Testing and inspecting electrical systems\n\nCompleting all necessary paperwork and certification for works undertaken\n\nUsing handheld technology / mobile app to complete work sheets\n\nAssisting other trades and undertaking additional training to expand skills\n\nProcuring materials and equipment required to complete works\n\nBenefits:\nCompany van fuel card provided (if applicable)\n\nPaid holiday and bank holidays\n\nPension scheme\n\nOvertime and out-of-hours work opportunities\n\nCareer development, training, and room for progression\n\nAbout You:The ideal candidate will have:\n\nCity & Guilds qualifications or equivalent\n\nMinimum 5 years’ experience in the building industry\n\nPrevious experience in maintenance and building environments (commercial or residential)\n\nA strong understanding of Health & Safety (HSE) standards\n\nFull UK Driver’s License (not essential)\n\nPrevious experience using handheld technology / smartphones\n\nA hardworking, reliable work ethic, flexible to meet client needs (including overtime / OOH works)\n\nStrong communication skills and a customer-focused approach\n\nPride in delivering work to the highest standard\n\nWhy Join Us?We’ll take the time to understand your career history and motivations for a new role.
