Electrician - Permanent - London - £52,500-£55,000\n\nWe are seeking an experienced Electrician for a permanent role covering Central London, working across commercial installation and facilities maintenance projects.\n\nSalary: £52,500-£55,000+ package, Zone 1-6 Travelcard reimbursed through expenses\nLocation: Central London (foot-mobile role with access to company van when required)\nHours: 40 hours per week, Monday-Friday (occasional weekends)\n\nRole & Responsibilities:\n\nResponsible for both installation projects and FM works (service & maintenance) across commercial sites, mainly around London Underground lines\nCarrying out 1st and 2nd fix works, testing, inspection, and fault finding\nWorking independently on reactive and planned worksRequirements:\n\nGold JIB Card (essential)\n2391 (Inspection & Testing) qualification (essential)\n17th or 18th Edition\nPrevious experience in commercial installation and maintenance\nStrong background in electrical install projects (switchgear/industrial advantageous)\nReliable, able to work independently, and flexible to travel between sitesPackage:\n\n£52-55k annual salary\n40-hour working week\nAccess to company van when required (for tools/materials transport)\nPension and benefits packageIf you are interested, please apply to be considered or contact Gosia at Tech People on (phone number removed) for more information.\nTech-people are a leading recruitment business within M&E and Construction.
