Electrician

MMP Consultancy are currently recruiting for an Electrician to join a social housing contractor on a temporary ongoing basis covering areas throughout Milton Keynes paying £28 per hour CIS. The successful candidate will be available within short notice and have social housing experience. You must have a driving license as you will be supplied with a company van and fuel card.



Pay Rate:



£28ph CIS ( 42.5 Hours per week ) Mon - Fri 8:00am - 17:00pm



You will be required to:



Carry out repairs and maintenance within social housing properties, voids and occupied



Carry out electrical repairs EICRs and remedial works



Ensure works are completed at a high standard within given time frames



Carry out works allocated by appointments



Qualifications required



NVQ Level 3



BS 7617: 18th Edition



2391 testing and inspection



Basic DBS Check



You will be supplied with:



Company branded van



Fuel card
