Electrician

We are currently looking for an experience Electrician to join a leading Planned Works Team based in Newcastle under Lyme, Staffordshire. This is a full-time, permanent position working 39 hours per week, focusing on kitchen installations and electrical upgrades in both occupied and void properties.



The Electrician will receive:

• Permanent salary of up to £41,000

• 39 hours per week

The successful Electrician will be expected to complete:

• Electrical work for kitchen replacements and refurbishments

• Installing new circuits followed by full testing

• Consumer unit upgrades and testing

• Producing all technical documentation including EICRs, EICs, and MWCs

• Supporting out-of-hours service when required



We are really keen to speak to any Electrician who has:

• Holds NVQ Level 3 or equivalent

• Holds 18th Edition

• Possesses 2391 Testing & Inspection certification

• AM2 (desireable)

• Has experience in social housing

• Holds a full UK driving licence
