  • Hours: 37 hours per week (Monday to Friday)

  • Salary: £38,225 per annum (OTE £43,000 p/a)

    About the Role

    As a Multi-Skilled Electrician with our team, you will be responsible for conducting electrical maintenance and repairs relating to damp issues, as well as associated multi-skilled repairs in both domestic and commercial properties. You will work within service targets and performance measures, delivering a consistently high standard of customer care and representing professionally across our communities.

    About You

    We are looking for someone with:

    • Experience in both domestic and commercial maintenance

    • Strong customer service skills and the ability to communicate with a wide range of people

    • \n

    • Sound technical knowledge of your trade and broader construction disciplines

    • A commitment to delivering first-class repairs and contributing to community wellbeing

    Qualifications & Requirements

      \n
    • NVQ / City & Guilds qualified as an Electrician
    • \n

    • 18th Edition Wiring Regulations Testing & Inspection certification
    • \n

    • Full UK Driving Licence
    • \n

    • Proven experience in a customer-focused environment
    • \n

    • Knowledge of construction components, materials, and trade regulations
    • \n
