TMD Staffing is looking to hire ELECTRICIAN in the SPRING/ NORTH HOUSTON area!

WORK ENVIRONMENT

In-Person

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Run electrical lines to power and connect equipment.

• Install and add panel boxes, breakers, and additional lines as needed.

• Run low-voltage wiring for systems integration.

• Install and run CAT6 cables for network connectivity.

• Inspect electrical systems, equipment, and components to identify hazards, defects, and the need for adjustments or repairs.

• Troubleshoot and repair electrical issues as needed.

• Test electrical systems and continuity of circuits using testing devices.

• Interpret blueprints, technical diagrams, and electrical schematics.

• Ensure compliance with electrical codes, safety standards, and company policies.

• Collaborate with other trades to ensure smooth project completion.

• Maintain tools and equipment in good working condition.

• Document all work performed and report progress to supervisors.

QUALIFICATIONS

• 3–5 years of experience as an Electrician (industrial/commercial experience ).

• Knowledge of electrical systems, wiring, panel boxes, and breakers.

• Proficiency with low-voltage wiring and CAT6 cable installation.

• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical documents.

• Experience using electrical testing equipment and power tools.

• Understanding of the Electrical Code (NEC) and local building codes.

• Ability to lift 50+lbs and perform physical tasks such as climbing ladders and working in confined spaces.

• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.

• Valid electrician license or certification (as required by state/local regulations).

• OSHA 10 or OSHA 30 certification (not required).

• Must be able to pass a background check and drug screening.

• Reliable transportation to and from job sites.

PAY RATE

$25.00- 30.00 per hour D.O.E

SCHEDULE

MONDAY - FRIDAY, 07:00AM - 04:00PM
