Job Title: Domestic Electrician – Service & Repairs\nLocation: Wembley, London\nSalary: £40,000 – £45,000 per annum (depending on experience) + Company Van + Fuel Card + Benefits\nJob Type: Full-Time, Permanent\nStart Date: ASAP\nAbout the Role:\nWe are currently seeking a skilled and reliable Domestic Electrician to join our growing team based in Wembley. This is a field-based role focused on domestic electrical repairs, maintenance, and testing, primarily within occupied and void properties.\nYou’ll be working independently and as part of a team, ensuring all work is completed to a high standard in accordance with current regulations.\nKey Responsibilities:\n * \n Carrying out electrical fault finding, repairs, and maintenance in domestic properties\n * \n Performing Electrical Installation Condition Reports (EICRs) and remedial works\n * \n Ensuring all work complies with 18th Edition Wiring Regulations and health & safety standards\n * \n Completing job sheets and certification using handheld devices\n * \n Liaising with tenants and office staff in a professional manner\nRequirements:\n * \n City & Guilds 2391 (or 2394/2395) – Essential\n * \n 18th Edition IET Wiring Regulations – Essential\n * \n NVQ Level 3 or equivalent in Electrical Installation – \n * \n Full UK Driving Licence – Essential\n * \n Proven experience in domestic electrical servicing and repairs\n * \n Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently\nWhat We Offer:\n * \n Competitive salary: £40,000–£45,000 (DOE)\n * \n Company van and fuel card\n * \n Tools and uniform provided\n * \n Ongoing training and development opportunities\n * \n 28 days holiday including Bank Holidays\n * \n Pension scheme
