Electrician | £27 Per Hour | Oxford | ASAP Start | 4-5 Months Contract Minimum | 42 Hour Week | Mon-Fri\n\nBarker Ross are seeking qualified and experienced Electricians to join our team in Oxford.\n\nKey details: This roles involves installing, maintaining, and testing electrical systems in a high-profile commercial environment. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring all electrical work is completed safely, efficiently, and to the highest standards, in compliance with industry regulations. You will work as part of a dynamic team, supporting the completion of electrical installations across the project.\n\nQualifications needed: ECS/CSCS Card, NVQ Level 3, 18th Edition Wiring Regulations\n\nIf you are a skilled Electrician looking for an opportunity to work on a large-scale development and take pride in delivering high-quality work, please get in touch.\n\nKey Responsibilities\n· Carry out electrical installations, testing, and maintenance in line with project requirements.\n· Ensure all work complies with BS 7671 Wiring Regulations and health & safety standards.\n· Work closely with the Electrical Site Supervisor and Project Manager to meet deadlines.\n· Install containment systems, wiring, lighting, and power distribution.\n· Troubleshoot electrical faults and carry out necessary repairs.\n· Complete documentation and testing certificates as required.\n· Follow all HSE regulations and maintain a safe working environment.\n· Liaise with colleagues and subcontractors to ensure smooth project delivery.\n\nQualifications & Experience Required\n· NVQ Level 3 in Electrical Installation (essential).\n· 18th Edition Wiring Regulations (required).\n· 2391/2394/5 Inspection & Testing (desirable).\n· ECS/CSCS Card (essential).\n· Experience working on large commercial projects.\n· Strong understanding of health & safety in electrical work.\n· Ability to work independently and as part of a team.\n\nExperience:\n· electrical: 3 years (required)\n\nTo discuss this role call Alex from Barker Ross on (phone number removed) / (url removed) or apply\n\nBarker Ross Group values and promotes equality.
