We're seeking a skilled Electrical Controls Technician to support our manufacturing operations. You will help ensure product quality, support equipment upgrades, and troubleshoot control systems. This role also includes programming, equipment installation, and continuous improvement projects, all while maintaining safety and compliance standards.
Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure products meet or exceed quality and customer expectations.
• Work with different departments to improve electrical/electronic controls while following NEC and NEMA codes.
• Assist maintenance staff with troubleshooting and provide training to enhance their understanding of control systems.
• Offer technical expertise for daily manufacturing needs.
• Program and troubleshoot PLC and HMI systems.
• Install and maintain electrical components for reliability and performance improvements.
• Create accurate electrical schematics for control system projects.
• Guide external vendors on electrical requirements for new equipment, including standardization and documentation.
• Support improvement and corrective action projects as needed.
• Design and maintain systems for tracking real-time plant performance.
• Ensure compliance with food safety requirements.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.

Skills & Experience:

• 5–10 years of experience in a manufacturing environment required.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office products.
• Experience with AutoCAD and Microsoft Project is .
