Key factors:

● Needs to be electrically bias

● Needs to have level 3 in electrical engineering

● Needs to come from a manufacturing background, doesn't matter the industry as long

as it was production and manufacturing

● Need to be within 30 mins drive of site

● Minimum average of 3 years at each company

● 70/30 Reactive work

● Brand new site in market deeping

● Needs experience fault finding
