Electrical Working Supervisor

We are currently seeking an experienced and hands-on Electrical Working Supervisor to lead and support our team on a high-profile commercial construction project. This role is ideal for a licensed electrician with proven leadership skills who is ready to take charge of on-site electrical work while overseeing team performance, safety, and productivity.



Electrical Working Supervisor Key Responsibilities:

Supervise and coordinate daily activities of electrical crews on-site



*



Work hands-on to install, maintain, and troubleshoot commercial electrical systems



*



Interpret electrical plans, specifications, and drawings



*



Ensure all work meets code requirements, safety regulations, and project deadlines



*



Liaise with site managers, subcontractors, and inspectors



*



Order materials and manage inventory on site



*



Conduct quality control checks and report progress to project managers



Electrical Working Supervisor Requirements:

Gold ECS card



*



SSSTS



*



Minimum 5 years of commercial electrical experience, with 2+ years in a supervisory role



*



Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills



*



Ability to manage schedules and direct a team under tight deadlines



*



Proficient in reading blueprints and coordinating with other trades



*



Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
