Are you an experienced Electrical professional passionate about developing the next of apprentices?
This is a fantastic opportunity to join a supportive and learner-focused team as an Electrical Trainer, delivering high-quality, classroom-based coaching and assessment to electrical apprentices as they work towards their qualifications and End Point Assessment.
In this role, you'll help apprentices build essential knowledge, skills, and behaviours through engaging delivery, regular progress reviews, and supportive mentoring. You'll also liaise closely with employers, curriculum teams, and EPA organisations to support learner achievement and progression throughout the apprenticeship journey.

The Role
Deliver a quality curriculum that prepares apprentices for successful gateway and EPA
Provide coaching, mentoring, and constructive feedback to support achievement and independence
Conduct regular progress reviews, tracking skills, knowledge, and behaviours to ensure readiness
Support initial assessment and programme planning alongside the Programme Lead
Work with ALS to support additional learning needs and create support documentation
Monitor and track off-the-job training hours and maintain accurate learner records using approved systemsThe Person
Level 3 Electrical diploma (2365, 8202, 2330, 2360) or equivalent
Relevant teaching qualification, or willingness to work towards one
Proven experience working with apprentices, employers, awarding bodies, or curriculum teams
Strong organisational skills with the ability to work flexibly and collaboratively
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
Competent in Microsoft Office including Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint
