Monarch Education are currently recruiting for a qualified and experienced Electrical Trainer/Assessor to join a leading vocational education provider, working across multiple campuses in Birmingham. This is a full-time role, operating Monday to Friday, 8:00am - 4:00pm, with an immediate start available.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a skilled electrical professional with a passion for teaching and assessment to support learners in gaining industry-recognised qualifications. You will be responsible for delivering high-quality training and assessment in electrical installation and related subjects, helping students develop the practical and theoretical skills needed for success in the sector.

\nThe Ideal Candidate Will Have:\n
- \n
- A recognised assessor qualification (A1, TAQA, or equivalent)
- Experience teaching and assessing electrical installation or related subjects
- Strong industry knowledge and up-to-date technical skills
- Excellent communication and organisational abilities
- A learner-focused approach and commitment to quality education
- Enhanced DBS check (or willingness to obtain one)

- Assessing learner competence in both practical and theoretical components
- Supporting learners through their qualifications and progression
