Now, were looking for a skilled and motivated Surveyor / Total Station Operator to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in dynamic environments, enjoys working with cutting-edge technology like Trimble Total Stations, Scanning Equipment, Revit, and takes pride in precision and creative problem-solving on the job site.

What Youll Own

Operating total station equipment to support layout and field engineering
Collaborating with BIM and field teams to ensure accurate site data
Supporting preconstruction and construction phases with precise measurements
Adapting to new job sites, conditions, and challenges regularly
Maintaining and calibrating survey equipment
Documenting and reporting field data with accuracy and clarity

What You Bring

Experience with total station equipment (Trimble )
Familiarity with BIM workflows and tools like Revit
Ability to read and interpret construction drawings
Strong attention to detail and spatial awareness
Willingness to travel to various job sites across PA, OH, and VA
A no-nonsense, get-it-done attitude with a commitment to safety and quality
