Electrical Testing Engineer



Location: Ramsgate and site visits across London & the Southeast



Salary: £60,000 per annum

We’re working confidentially on behalf of a respected electrical services provider to recruit an experienced Electrical Testing Engineer.



This is a permanent, full-time role split between field-based work and supporting the customer care team, with the balance adjusted based on workload.



You’ll be responsible for:



* Conducting inspections, fault-finding, repairs, and maintenance in domestic and commercial properties



* Working in occupied homes across London and the Southeast



* Producing detailed IT-based reports of findings



* Supporting customer care operations as required



We’re looking for someone with:



* Full UK Manual Driving Licence



* 18th Edition qualification



* City & Guilds 2391 Testing & Inspection



* City & Guilds electrical qualifications



* Experience with heating controls and fault finding



* Strong technical knowledge and a methodical approach



* Excellent customer service and communication skills



* Experience working in occupied domestic and commercial environments



* A keen interest in learning new technologies and systems
