\n We're recruiting for an experienced Electrical Tester to join a growing Property Services team delivering electrical testing, repairs and maintenance across social housing properties.\n
\n

Key Responsibilities\n

\n
• Complete EICRs within occupied and void properties.

\n

• Carry out consumer unit replacements and remedial works.

\n

• Diagnose electrical faults and complete repairs.

\n

• Produce NICEIC compliant certification.

\n

• Complete responsive repairs and planned maintenance.

\n

• Update work orders via handheld device.

\n

• Participate in the out-of-hours call out rota.

\n

\n
Requirements\n

\n
• NVQ / City & Guilds Level 3 Electrical Installation.

\n

• 18th Edition.

\n

• 2391 / 2394 / 2395 Inspection & Testing.

\n

• Previous experience carrying out EICRs.

\n

• Social housing or domestic maintenance experience desirable.

\n

• Full UK Driving Licence.

\n
