Due to continued growth, they are looking for an Electrical Test Engineer to support the team.\n\nThis role would suit an Electrical Test Engineer, Commissioning Engineer, HV Technician, or similar professional looking for a technically challenging position with excellent training and development opportunities.\n\nThe Role:\n\nPerform acceptance testing on large-scale induction motors up to 13.8kV and 3.2MW\n Monitor, record and report test data in accordance with engineering standards and quality procedures\nComplete and maintain accurate test reports and documentation\n Support the development and improvement of test data acquisition and control systems\nEnsure all testing activities are completed safely and in line with quality requirements\nCoordinate with production and engineering teams to support testing schedules and project delivery\nParticipate in continuous improvement initiatives and maintain high standards within the test facilityThe Person:\n\nQualification to HNC/HND level or equivalent in Electrical Engineering or a related discipline\nExperience working with high-voltage electrical equipment and power systems\nPrevious experience carrying out electrical testing within manufacturing, industrial, or commissioning environments\nStrong understanding of health and safety procedures\nExperience with data acquisition systems and technical reporting\nKnowledge of IEC testing standards, dielectric testing, LabVIEW, hydraulics, or VSDs would be advantageous\nProactive approach with strong problem-solving skills and attention to detailReference Number: BBBH(phone number removed)\n\nTo apply for this role or to be considered for further positions, please click "Apply Now" or contact Sophie Fox at Rise Technical Recruitment.\n\nRise Technical Recruitment Ltd acts an employment agency for permanent roles and an employment business for temporary roles.\n\nThe salary advertised is the bracket available for this position.
