Electrical Maintenance Engineer
Location: Devon (Manufacturing Site)

We are currently recruiting for an experienced Electrical Maintenance Engineer to join a growing manufacturing business. This is an excellent opportunity to join a well-structured engineering team with clear progression opportunities into supervisory roles.
\nKey Responsibilities\n
- \n
- Respond to electrical breakdowns and carry out effective fault finding
- Perform planned preventative maintenance in line with schedules
- Support continuous improvement and production efficiency initiatives
- Carry out general site maintenance activities
- Work across both Electrical and Instrumentation disciplines
- Maintain and troubleshoot:\n
- \n
- Three-phase electrical systems
- Analogue current loops
- Hydraulic and pneumatic systems
- Converting machinery (cutting/sheeting)
- Packaging equipment (wrappers)
- Conveyor systems and processing lines

\nExperience & Qualifications\n
- \n
- Strong background in electrical maintenance within a manufacturing or industrial environment
- NVQ Level 3 (or equivalent) in Engineering
- Mechanical maintenance experience is beneficial
- Knowledge of PLC and/or DCS systems is advantageous but not essential

\nThe Role\n

- Monday to Friday, days-based role (08:00 - 16:30)
- Call-out rota: 1 in 4 weekends
- Reporting into the Electrical Lead within a structured engineering team (Electrical & Mechanical Engineers)

- On-site training provided on machinery and systems
- Clear and fast-track progression opportunities into senior, supervisory, and management roles
