What You’ll Do:
\n
- \n
- Assist with the installation of commercial electrical systems on new construction, renovation, and tenant improvement projects
\n
\n
- \n
- Work under the direction of a Crew Leader or Foreman while learning commercial electrical installation techniques
\n
\n
- \n
- Help measure, bend, and install EMT conduit, MC cable, and other electrical raceways
\n
\n
- \n
- Assist with pulling wire, setting up wire-pulling equipment, and operating wire tuggers
\n
\n
- \n
- Install electrical fixtures, devices, and other electrical components
\n
\n
- \n
- Read and interpret blueprints and construction drawings as training progresses
\n
\n
- \n
- Maintain clean, organized, and safe job sites
\n
\n
- \n
- Organize and maintain tools, equipment, and materials
\n
\n
- \n
- Follow all OSHA and company safety policies, including proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE)
\n
\n
- \n
- Meet productivity and quality expectations established by the Foreman
\n
\n
\n
What You’ll Bring:

\n

- High school diploma or GED
\n
\n
- \n
- Previous construction or electrical experience is helpful but not required
\n
\n
- \n
- Electrical apprentice training or certifications are a plus
\n
\n
- \n
- Strong work ethic with a willingness to learn
\n
\n

- Good organizational and time management skills
\n
\n
