Location: St Charles, Illinois
Schedule

• 1st Shift: 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM

Pay Rate

• $26.00 per hour

Responsibilities

• Perform electrical Highpot testing and related activities to verify that physical characteristics and electrical functions meet design and industry standards.
• Complete all required inspection checklists and documentation for shipment.
• Set up and operate test equipment as required.
• Install, maintain, and troubleshoot electrical switchgear.
• Maintain inventory of company-owned tools, test equipment, and PPE necessary for assigned duties.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
• Maintain consistent on-site attendance.
• Work variable hours, including weekends and holidays, as needed to support operations and meet customer commitments.

QualificationsEducation & Experience

• Engineering degree, bachelor’s degree, technical college education, or equivalent experience.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in switchgear or in mechanical/electrical system testing and related work.

Knowledge & Skills

• Proficiency with AutoCAD and Microsoft 365 applications.
• Strong troubleshooting skills with the ability to make critical decisions.
• Basic understanding of test data types and documentation.
