We are currently seeking an Electrical Technical Engineer for our client in theEngineering and Manufacturing domain. Salary: $120,000-$135,000/Annually

Role Description: The Electrical Technical Engineer must have 5+ years of experience.This role is the next level up from the Technical Support Specialist position, providing advanced technical support for power electronics systems.
It requires deeper engineering expertise and a solid foundation in electrical engineering principles to address complex issues and provide higher-level solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as a technical escalation point for complex UPS, inverter, and power electronics issues.
- Analyze and troubleshoot advanced equipment problems, both remotely and on-site.
- Support product testing, upgrades, and engineering change processes.
- Collaborate with R&D and field engineering teams to improve product performance and reliability.
- Provide technical training and guidance to Level 1 Support Specialists.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering (EE) – mandatory.
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering (Must Have)
Experience: Minimum 5+ years of experience
Relocation: This position will cover relocation expenses

Note: Must be able to work on a W2 basis (No C2C)
