Position Overview
Sole Hire, LLC is seeking a skilled and passionate Electrical Technician Instructor to join our instructional team. In this role, you will help prepare the next of electrical professionals by teaching residential and commercial wiring principles with a strong focus on safety and industry standards.
We are looking for dedicated individuals who bring both hands-on field experience and a genuine passion for sharing their knowledge with students who are ready to build their careers in the electrical trade.
Key Responsibilities

Teach and demonstrate the fundamentals of electrical wiring, installation, and code compliance.

Instruct students on residential and commercial wiring techniques, circuit design, and the safe use of tools and equipment.

Develop engaging lessons and practical lab experiences that align with program objectives and safety standards.

Assess student progress through assignments, projects, and exams while providing constructive feedback.

Maintain classroom and lab safety protocols at all times.

Collaborate with program leadership to enhance curriculum content and student outcomes.
Requirements
Minimum Qualifications

At least five (5) years of field experience as an Electrical Technician or in a related electrical trade.

Strong working knowledge of electrical code compliance, wiring practices, and installation procedures.

Excellent communication, instructional, and organizational skills.

Commitment to mentoring and supporting student success in a hands-on learning environment.
Qualifications

Previous teaching, training, or mentoring experience in an academic or trade setting.

Familiarity with educational technology and instructional best practices.
