Your mission is to ensure the smooth operation of all electrical systems and equipment, using both standard and specialized tools, including mobile equipment and cranes.

Your Role and Responsibilities:

  • Conduct independent troubleshooting and diagnostics across a variety of systems.
  • Ensure the installation and maintenance of diverse electrical and electronic systems using schematics, AC/DC systems, and PLCs.
  • Modernize electrical panels and introduce new systems.
  • Assist in operational functions when necessary.
  • Operate autonomously or collaborate with other technicians as required.
  • The work environment varies across plant locations, with potential exposure to challenging conditions.

Qualifications and Requirements:

  • Familiarity with PLC machinery fundamentals and 480 motor control.
  • Skilled in performing diagnostics and replacing malfunctioning motors.
  • At least one year of relevant experience in manufacturing or industrial settings or equivalent education.
  • High School Diploma or GED.
  • Willingness to work rotating 12-hour shifts, including weekends and holidays.
  • Overtime availability as required.
  • Commitment to strict adherence to safety protocols—safety gear is mandatory.
  • Reliable, punctual, and self-directed.
  • Must successfully pass assessment tests.

Experience:

  • Electrical Licenses: Journeyman or Master Electrician.
  • Over two years of hands-on troubleshooting experience.

Your Skillset:

  • Expertise in PLC and Electrical Troubleshooting
  • Proficiency in Diagnostics, Repair, and System Maintenance

Tools of the Trade: You will utilize Programmable Logic Controllers (PLCs).
