Staff Force is now hiring an experienced Electrical Supply Warehouse Associate to join a fast-paced and growing electrical distribution center. This position requires a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and at least 2 years of experience in electrical distribution or a similar warehouse environment.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Shipping & Receiving: Verify incoming shipments, inspect materials for damage or defects, and ensure accurate counts.

  • Order Fulfillment: Accurately pick and pull parts and materials from inventory for customer or contractor orders using pick tickets and RF scanners.

  • Packaging: Securely pack products for safe shipment using appropriate materials and labeling.

  • Material Handling: Load and unload delivery trucks, stock shelves, and organize inventory using a sit-down forklift.

  • Inventory Management: Maintain clean, organized warehouse space; ensure stock is rotated and stored properly.

  • RF Scanner Usage: Utilize handheld scanners for tracking inventory and processing orders.

  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with warehouse staff, drivers, and customer service teams to support smooth daily operations.

Work Environment:

This role is within an electrical supply distribution warehouse, meaning you'll handle a wide range of electrical materials such as:

  • Conduit, fittings, and electrical connectors

  • Wire and cable spools

  • Lighting fixtures and related hardware

  • Circuit breakers, switchgear, and panel boards

  • Other specialized electrical components used in residential, commercial, and industrial construction

Warehouse associates must be comfortable working around high-value and occasionally heavy electrical equipment, with a strong focus on safety, accuracy, and organization.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in an electrical supply warehouse or equivalent distribution role

  • Familiarity with RF scanners and sit-down forklift operation

  • Strong knowledge of standard warehouse procedures including shipping, receiving, and inventory control

  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and be on your feet for extended periods

  • Dependable and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment

  • Must have full schedule flexibility Monday through Friday from 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM
