The Electrical Supervisor will oversee a small team of 1-5 members on various commercial electrical projects. This role involves full-time on-site management to ensure installations meet safety and quality standards. The supervisor will utilize project management and standard office software to coordinate resources, provide technical guidance, and oversee daily operations, supporting team performance and project success. Opportunities for career growth include advancement to Electrical Manager or transition to Project Management roles.

Responsibilities

• Manage a team of 1-5 electrical workers effectively
• Supervise commercial electrical installations ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards
• Allocate resources and schedule work to meet project timelines
• Provide technical guidance and support to team members
• Conduct inspections and enforce safety protocols on site
• Ensure project reporting and documentation are accurate and timely
• Monitor project progress and promptly resolve issues

Required Qualifications

• Valid Electrician License

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in electrical supervision
• Knowledge of electrical systems and commercial project requirements
• Experience with project management and team leadership
• Familiarity with safety regulations and compliance standards
• Strong problem-solving and technical documentation skills
• Effective communication and time management abilities
