Mobile Electrical Supervisor \n\n(Hybrid Role - 60/40 Tools/Supervision)\n\nRate: £25.00 per hour + Bonus \nTerritory: South of England London & Midlands\n\nAbout the Client Our client is a rapidly growing commercial electrical contractor and part of a specialist building services group. They specialize in high-security and high-compliance environments (Defence, Ministry of Justice) and are currently leading the industry in AI-driven site management.\n\nThe Role\n\nYou will be at the forefront of our digital transformation, using AI-assisted reporting, real-time tracking, and digital management platforms to optimize site performance\n\nSplit: 60% lead-hand/on-tools, 40% digital oversight and commercial management.\nTech: Use cloud-based certification, AI reporting summaries, and digital job costing tools.\nLead commercial installations, testing, and maintenance in high-compliance environments (Prisons, Defence, Commercial).\nManage teams via digital planning systems, track real-time productivity, and use mobile systems for RAMS and progress logs.\nIdentify and cost variations proactively using data evidence; support tender inputs and site surveys.\nSupervise and develop apprentices and subcontractors to maintain high workmanship standards.\nCandidate Profile\n\nMust have ECS Gold Card \nLevel 3 Electrical  \n18th Edition \nMust be tech savvy and able to do digital reporting\nDesirable - 2391  / AM2\nExperience in commercial or secure environments is a major plus.\nDesirable - SSSTS or SMSTS\nPackage Highlights\n\nCompany Van & Fuel Card.\n25 Days Holiday + Bank + Birthday \nPerformance bonus based on project profitability and digital adoption
