Our client a leading Liverpool based property and maintenance company specialise in property (Domestic and commercia0 Maintenance) including Social Housing, Locall Authority, Retail and Prisons\n\nElectrical Supervisor\n\nWe are seeking a dynamic, forward-thinking Electrical Supervisor who is a strong team player to join our established and successful electrical team. The primary objective of this role is to build and maintain strong client relationships while ensuring the successful delivery of planned programmes of work.\n\nThis role involves managing and delivering a range of electrical works across our social housing contracts, including EICRs, upgrades, rewires, and communal electrical improvements.\n\nKey Responsibilities\n\nPlan, organise, and oversee daily work activities\nManage and control all aspects of material stock, including ordering and distribution\nReview and verify all paperwork, including certificates, time sheets, and invoices\nSchedule completed works for invoicing in line with contract requirements\nLiaise with clients regularly and attend client meetings\nEnsure full compliance with Health & Safety regulations, including: \nAdherence to risk assessments and method statements\nProper use of PPE by all staff and subcontractors\nConduct quality inspections and engineer checks\nEnsure all work is completed on time and to required standards\nMaintain high levels of customer satisfaction\nSupport other duties and responsibilities as required\n\nIdeal Candidate\n\nProven experience in supervising electrical works, ideally within social housing\nStrong organisational and leadership skills\nExcellent communication and client-facing abilities\nSolid understanding of Health & Safety regulations\nAbility to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
